Music app is blocked Solved

Question

Hello, I am desperately trying to open the Music app on my iPhone 6 running iOS 9.2, the only problem is that the app stays on a blank Apple MUSIC page. How can I remove this page?

Hello, I managed to do it by going to settings, music, and actually you can start your music by launching the sign-up mode. This maneuver allows you to be in the music app, then you have to delete your account so that Apple no longer tries to offer you its 3-month trial through the ads at startup that ultimately crash the app! This is really a hack.

After the update to the new iOS, I also experienced this problem. Back up your device and then restore it. Then, sync it with your PC or Mac and you will no longer see this page.

Try a hard reboot of the device if it doesn't work after synchronization: press and hold the "exit" button [front of the device, the square in the circle] and "power off/on" [at the top on the right side].

Hello,
I had the same problem in 9.2.1
After doing a hard reboot (pressing the home button + power button to turn it off) the app started working again for 5 seconds then got stuck on the "Music" home page. I waited a few seconds and then I was offered the free trial of Apple Music (which I declined).
And now it works again ;)
