    Hello

    It's simple 8Mb=1Mo
    First, we need to convert the speed to Mo
    6.97 / 8 = 0.87125

    Then convert the 40Go to Mo, which gives 40000Mo

    We do a nice division to get the time in seconds:
    40000 / 0.87125 = 45911,... seconds

    This gives us approximately 12h45m
