My TV won't change channels anymore.

Hello,
My TV hasn't been changing channels since yesterday, can you help me? Like, you have the TV and the channel number for example 99 and it's stuck, I press the buttons to change the channel, I go into the options... Please help me ><
PS I don't have the restart option in settings.

It's a crazy story, isn't it? What's the problem?
TV stuck on one channel?
Try to
- turn it off, unplug it, wait 20 minutes, plug it back in.
- if that doesn't work -> go back to factory settings (see manual) and reinstall everything.
