Good evening,
On Writer: click on your circle to select it (a dot will appear at each corner), then go to "Insert" > Images, and select your image by clicking on it. It should automatically fit into your circle (or oval, or rectangle...)

Best regards

Please let us know if your problem is resolved by activating this function in the space provided next to the title of your post... Best regards

Hello
I had already asked this question for Word and PowerPoint, and I managed to do it, but on Libre Office...
The subject was: inserting a photo into an oval
Thanks again for your help.

hello
After testing on Apache Open Office, it turns out that inserting an image into a circle is seemingly impossible because the menus are greyed out (maybe check LibreOffice?)
In this case, use Draw
In Draw
draw the shape
insert an image next to it and resize it
drag the image into the shape
select everything > Edit > Copy
In Writer
place the cursor where to insert
Edit > Paste Special > Bitmap

Hello Yclik, just so you know:
it works on Libre Office, I checked with mine, explaining the process to it.
Regards.
