Cloning a hard drive with bad sectors

Good evening,
How to clone a hard drive with bad sectors?
I tried to back up an image of a 256GB SATA hard drive with Acronis True Image 2016, but after 80 minutes, it reported unreadable bad sectors. I chose to ignore all, but the progress remained stuck at 3 minutes remaining for 20 minutes. So I canceled. I analyzed the hard drive with Windows 10 tools and Acronis True Image 2016, but neither found errors after 20 minutes of testing.
Windows 7 frequently reports errors on the hard drive and suggests making a backup.
I would like to clone this faulty 256GB hard drive to a new 240GB SSD. How to do it?
The hard drive to be cloned contains Windows 7, and I am using a PC with Windows 10 by connecting a USB3 - SATA adapter.
Thank you

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 42.0

    Hello,

if there are defective sectors, you can't clone it!

You can use an ISO to install Windows and activate it with your license key, then reinstall your software, and then clone it as long as everything is new!

      Good evening,
But can I copy the partitions (with Acronis Disk Director 12)?
And if the sectors were at the end of the HDD, what if I defragmented the HDD and reduced the partition outside the defective sectors?
I'm missing the driver CD, so it would be easier to copy the partition if possible.
