Sharp, no sound on HDMI

Hello,

I have a Sharp LC-60UD20EN TV.

When I connect the Blu-ray player via HDMI --> all good
When I connect the SFR Evolution decoder via HDMI instead of the player (same input and same cable), no sound....
I've tried everything, nothing works.... When I connect the SFR Evolution decoder via the SCART, I get the picture (of very poor quality) and sound

Does anyone have an idea?

    have you already tested the other HDMI inputs?
    because it could either be the HDMI in question or the CI card.
    in either case, you will have to go through customer service.

      I tested the 4 inputs, what’s strange is that they all work with the Blu-ray player and none with the SFR decoder...

      Have you also checked your cables, as it often happens that the cables become loose due to being plugged and unplugged frequently?
      Try testing with a cable that works elsewhere to determine the cause.

      Quel type de câble utilises-tu 1.x ? Je ne pense pas que cela puisse venir de là, car il transporte les flux vidéo et audio quelle que soit la norme, ce qui change, ce sont les qualités sonores.

      Honestly, I don't know what type of cable it is...
      I think if it works with the Blu-ray, it should work with everything.
