Mail refusé

Bonjour à tous,
J'ai un ami qui avait envoyé un mail à TF1 car c'est un petit artiste mais ses mail ont été refusé. Il a essayé plusieurs fois et avec différent boîte mail mais ça n'a toujours pas fonctionné. Voici ce qu'il obtient
