Installation issue with Virtua Tennis

Hello, I can't start an installation, I have the message "please use the control panel to install and configure system components" >>> can someone help me, I don't understand anything. 
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!
    When I launch the game, this message appears: configuration file is corrupted or missing.

    Thank you, Cannibal, but the problem is that I do indeed have access to a page marked "launch installation," and it still displays this message.

    You need to go to the workstation, click on your Virtua Tennis CD

    You will see files appear and then you have to click on an icon that will allow you to see an installation menu.

    See if you can find a file like setup or install.
