Remove "No signal" message

Hello everyone! :)
I have a JVC TV that is connected to a Free decoder.
Earlier, I turned off the TV normally.
When I turned it back on 2 hours later, a message appeared saying it had gone into sleep mode because it had been inactive for too long. Anyway.
A message saying "No signal" was displayed in the middle of the screen because the decoder was off. So I turned it on, but even though I have absolutely all the channels and it works fine, the "No signal" message remains in the middle of the screen.
Additionally, when I turn off the TV, the screen goes black and the sound continues for about 5 seconds, which it didn't do before.
Any solutions? :)
