"Connection timeout" Minecraft issue

Hello, for the past 3 days I have been connecting to large servers like Epicube or Hivemc and after about 2 minutes, no one moves and it disconnects me displaying this message: "The connection timed out." Can you please help me, it’s not possible to play Minecraft :'(

    Hello, Good evening,
    Are you connected well? Because this "error" message normally only appears when it takes too long to connect. Either your connection is failing, or I don't think so, but it could be your Minecraft not being able to "load" if you don't have a very good PC, and in that case, you could set the performance of your Minecraft to a lower setting (check that all the graphic settings are not set to maximum). That's all I can do for now. Best regards.

      yes and no I logged in everything is fine and I had already lowered my graphics and I also reduced the amount of RAM allocated to Minecraft and I still get this error message :'
