Sims freeplay (mobile)

Hello,

I’m playing The Sims Freeplay on my mobile and I need to complete a quest. I'm stuck in the social category, my Sims need to pick up a neighbor's cat. I’ve looked everywhere but I can’t find a cat in the other town. If you could help me, that would be kind, thank you in advance.

    You have to add neighbors, there's no choice... You can sign up on The Sims Freeplay fan forums or on their Facebook page and ask for extra friends
