Internet Wi-Fi connection issue with Acer Aspire V5-122P

Hello,
I have an Acer Aspire V5-122p laptop. For a while now, I have been unable to connect to the Internet even though the computer detects the Wi-Fi.

    Hello,

    Can you be more explicit when you say "I can't connect anymore"?

    What message is displayed? Does it say "The connection is taking unusually long"? .... or something else?
