Problem with Windows 2005

Bonjour,

Je suis Leclerc Espiègle, mon PC n'a pas pu demarer correctement après avoir installer un Windows Media Center Édition 2005, voici le message qui bloque le passage: the system has been shut down.

    Que puis-je faire, s'il vous plait, si mon PC affiche ce message:

    STOP: c000021a {Fatal Sytem Error}
    The Windows Logon Process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000135 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
    The system has been shut down.
