How to view deleted history on Safari?

Hello,

I would like to know how to find traces of websites that have been deleted on an iPhone 4? I go to Safari but can’t find anything. I can't see the cookies.. and I'm trying to connect the phone to my computer but I also can't see the history..

Can you please help me!!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 40.0

        and if it's deleted, there's no way to know...
