Hello,
I've followed the procedure indicated in the help section to create a shortcut for Yahoo Mail on my desktop. I can't drag the icon to the desktop, so I have to go through Google, then go to Yahoo, etc... it takes a lot of time. I've followed the advice... log in to my mailbox, try to drag the icon to the desktop, but nothing happens... help...

Nothing is happening? What do you mean?
Is the shortcut not created? Nothing happens when you click? Are you not getting where you think?
I just tested it, you just need to be on the login page, and drag and drop the little icon in front of the internet address, in the address bar, onto your desktop and everything is good.
