PROBLEME FORMATAGE AVEC CLE USB BOOTABLE

Bonjour,
j'ai un portable DELL et je veux le formater avec une clé usb bootable. mais quand je lance le formatage un message s'affiche sur un ecran bleu:

STOP: c000021a (fatal system error)
the NT Initial Command Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a staus of 0xc00000000 (0xc0000221 0x001003a8)
The system has been shut down.
