Ports USB inutilisables après une MAJ

Bonjour à tous.

Après une mise à jour de mon ordinateur et un redémarrage , mes ports USB ne fonctionnent plus , quelque soit le périphérique (souris,clé,...).

J'ai alors tapé quelques commandes trouvées sur internet , et le résultat est étrange:

-Ici , ma souris branchée n'est pas détectée:

J'ai vraiment besoin de votre aide , rien ne se passe comme prévu , les commandes n'étaient pas censées afficher ces résultats.
