Portable air conditioner for car

Hello,
for those who don’t have built-in air conditioning in their car, there is a portable air conditioner that is quite small with a cigarette lighter plug that you can connect to the car's socket, or an air cooler. By searching on "Google" you type "portable air conditioner for car", and it will show you images of compact devices, you’ll see.
I went to Leclerc Auto Villeneuve-sur-Lot (47). They have car fans but they do not have the portable air conditioner I mentioned above in my message. I don’t know if Norauto has that. I’m wondering which stores to check out, or if it’s better to order online.
For those who know the Lot-et-Garonne department (Villeneuve-sur-Lot, for instance), since I was born in that region. Otherwise, I live in Toulouse.
Can you please help me, since I don’t have integrated air conditioning in my 95 Twingo.
