Hello

I have a PHILIPS PNS 500/12 EUROPE GPS that is prompting me to update the maps (purchased in March 2014) because it doesn't recognize certain roads and keeps leading me in circles... I can't find the website. Could you please assist me with this

      me, I've been stuck with this s...t for 3 years. And yet, I registered as soon as I received this "product" on DPA Europe. Since then: it's like Sister Anne, we see nothing coming. And even if you contact them, they don't even bother to respond. I've been f...d over.

      Philips is responsible for its products. They provide a premium-rate number 0825827090 and have entrusted TAKARA (tel 0493512606) with customer service for map updates.
      We purchased a product with lifetime updates and are not receiving the updates.
      It's a real scam that should be reported to 50 million consumers.
      The same goes for GPS PNS410BT/12.
