Hello,

I have a problem with my mp4 that I just bought for my children. Normally, I can put movies and music on my mp4, but I can't do it. On top of that, the manual is in English. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. And if you could respond as quickly as possible, that would be nice of you.

      I'm really sorry, well, I bought my MP4 player user manual on Cdiscount, I received it yesterday or the day before. I look at the MP4 and its manual and discover that the manual is in English. So I check if there are any videos on YouTube to find out how to download movies or music onto it, but I can only find them in English, and normally I wanted to surprise my children but I don't know how we can download movies or music onto it.

      Without the model, it still doesn't really help us ;)
      What is the model? And I assume that there is a USB cable in the box; when connecting it to a computer, what happens?

      When I connect it to the computer, the MP4 charges and it says CONNECT, and the model is MP4 Player Multimedia Player.

      I suppose it must work like a USB stick; if I copy a video onto it, it doesn't work?
