Unlock a PC POP (BIOS asks for a password)!

Hello, I have a POP computer (provided by the college of La Réunion) for 5 years. According to the regulations, it now belongs to me. I would like to install Windows 7, but when I go into the BIOS to change the boot order, they ask me for a password (which I obviously don’t have).

So I can't do anything!

Any solution?

    I thought about removing the hard drive, installing Windows on it with another PC, and then putting it back on my "POP" computer. Is that a good solution?
