Good evening, I’m 15 years old, I bought my sister's Suzuki Alto (for driving), and I’ve always noticed that only the front speakers were working...
So I decided to change the stereo and the speakers for the whole car, so I’d like to know which speakers to install, as well as which stereo to replace.
The diameter of the speakers is 13 cm.
Have a nice evening,
Thank you in advance.

hi
what is your max budget and + I can recommend a car radio and the speakers + a set amplifier + subwoofer + wiring kit for 500€ total
car radio: http://www.sebastoautoradio.net/produit-14407-AUTORADIO-MP3-JVC-KD-X220E.html
speakers: https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00178642.html
amplifier: http://www.sebastoautoradio.net/produit-13734-AMPLI-2-3-4-CANAUX-JBL-GX-A604.html
subwoofer + amplifier + wiring kit: https://www.sebastoautoradio.net/
just for that gear it’s barely 400€ and you have sound quality worthy of the name and if you want rear speakers there are these speakers

Ah, yes by the way,
Is the subwoofer + amplifier + wiring pack necessary?
Should we remove the amplifier from the list then, if it's included in the pack...?

The other amplifier is for the front and rear speakers if you install them, but just with the front ones you'll have very good sound. If you don't use an amplifier for the front speakers, you won't hear them much.
It's better to get the front speakers as separate 2-way ones so you can place the woofer in the door and the tweeter on the dashboard; this way, the listening level of the highs will be higher (at shoulder level). If you get non-separate 2-way speakers, you won't hear the highs as they'll be muffled by the seats.
You don't have to get the amplifier now; you can try without it, and if you find it annoying to adjust the bass level from one song to another (I know, that was my case), amplifying the front speakers will solve this problem.
P.S.: If you want advice on the installation, no problem.

So, I'm going for this one instead: https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00178383.html
With this: http://www.sebastoautoradio.net/produit-13734-AMPLI-2-3-4-CANAUX-JBL-GX-A604.html
But I don't understand one thing, what do you want to put on the doors and what on the dashboard?
(Sorry if I'm being a bit clueless) :D

Don't think about it anymore, the speakers I suggested to you are 2-way non-separated, so you just have to put them in the front doors.
I just checked if your car had speakers on the dashboard and indeed there are some; what you can do is just replace the door speakers. For the cable, take a cable that is twice the length needed to go from the front to the back without cutting it in two, then run the cable, and once it's through, cut and strip the wire, connect them to an ISO socket that you retrieve from an old car radio that has a male ISO connector like the female ISO one in your car, or buy it as it doesn't cost much, then connect the other end to the amp and that's it, the front speakers will be amplified.
For the subwoofer, you don't have to take the one I chose; you can take whatever you want. If you want one that’s discreet, you can take this subwoofer:

You will just need to buy the wiring kit.
