Bjr, quand je vais dans paramètre/mise a jour et récupération/récupération/tout supprimer et réinstaller windows et que je clique sur commencer il y a écrit qu'il manque certain fichier. Pouvez vous m'aidez? Est ce que il y a un autre moyen pour formater le pc?

J'ai 2 DVD où il est marqué Installation & recovery dvd disk 1/1 et 2/2

Insère les dans ton ordinateur puis au démarrage tape une touche (je sais plus laquelle, ça doit être écrit quand tu démarre : Boot options ou un truc du genre) puis suis les instructions.

Après avec cliquer sur Boot options il y a plusieurs options. Sur lequel je dois cliquer?
