PDF export issue

Hello,

When I try to export my InDesign file to PDF format, the software tells me that it cannot: "1 problem has been detected with background tasks." Except that I have nothing else open.
Please help me.

    Which version of InDesign?
    Do you have "Show PDF after conversion" checked in the export options?
