Hello,
Following the purchase of a new computer, I tried to reinstall the same version of PDF CREATOR as on the old one, but it didn't work (the dialog box doesn't open once the "PDFCreator" printer is selected to convert the document to PDF. I uninstalled it and then got a newer version 2_1_1_1-setup.exe but the same problem....
Could someone please help me?

Hello,

Could you please specify which software you are experiencing this issue with and if you have tried from another program (Word, Writer, Excel, etc.)?
Have you checked if the PDF was not created "without your knowledge"?
You can still look at this:
open PDFCreator, click on the "Profile Settings" button, "Automatic Saving" on the left, and make sure that the option "Enable Automatic Saving" is not checked.

Hello and thank you for your reply, but in the meantime, I reinstalled this version again (the "enable auto-save" option was not checked... and reinstalled the previous one that I had installed at the very beginning. Curiously, it works now but in a totally unexpected way.
Indeed, from an "Access" program, I selected the "PDF" printer and the dialog box did not open. I then went to the PDF Creator shortcut on the desktop, and when I opened it, the dialog box also opened! I then saved my document and returned to Access to start a "print" by selecting PDF Creator, and there the dialog box opened immediately, prompting me to name and save my document... since then it launches automatically as in the good old days and everything works perfectly!!!! It’s hard to understand!!!
Anyway, thank you for trying to help me!!!
