To reset Nintendogs, I really managed... You need to press the buttons indicated at the same time the NINTENDO logo appears on the screen. If you're in sync... It works!!!!
My son cried over the loss of the trained dog that was "given" away by mistake to the Woof Woof hotel instead of "dropping off" as he thought he was doing.... He is 6 years old and read it wrong! He cried for an entire day and talked about it with tears in his eyes for a week!!! It took us a month before I had the idea to go see a seller... My son brought it up often!!! So it was a game seller who helped me!!!! My son is very happy and we're starting all over again! Especially since I have three children, we need to earn money to buy the two other dogs that his twin brother and my eldest daughter love!!! What an adventure!!! Plus, the lost dog had learned a lot and was champion many times!!! It's tough to start from scratch... the challenge is to succeed as well as the first time!!! Good luck!

Hello, I see that many of you are struggling with the start of the game, so here is the solution =)
When you start the game, go to the kennel to buy a dog. Once you have adopted it, you will be asked to choose a name for it. You should write it down so you don't forget, but you also have to say it out loud. The light bulb is located in the top left corner of the touchscreen. You need to say its name at least 6 times for it to learn. To take it for a walk, go to the game menu and tap 'go out'. You can go to the furniture store, the kennel to buy a new dog, the shop, or the second-hand store to sell and earn money. To go to the park, train at the disc or agility, go for a walk, and while tracing the path, pass by the park. To wash your dog, go to 'inventory,' then 'care,' and tap the shampoo. The same goes for feeding and playing with it.
To teach it tricks, tap for example the paw, then the light bulb will appear as soon as the dog performs the trick. Click on the light bulb and say out loud 'give me the paw,' say it calmly; otherwise, it won't understand!
