What simple software to add captions to photos?

Good evening,

I am looking for a simple free software to add arrows and dimensions to a photo, I am on Mac.
I have searched online but the software is either too complex or paid for the use I will make of it.
I apologize in advance if I am not in the right section.

    Hi, this is a curvimeter; it allows you to measure a document accurately, you just need to know one dimension.
