      Yes, that's exactly it! But I just made a request to the original operator of the phone to unlock it, and they sent me an unlock code. I then entered it where it says "Network PIN Code." But it doesn't work; it shows something like "Incorrect PIN code." (For your information, the unlock code they provided me is 8 digits long.)
