Crackling in my headphones!

Hello,
I just bought the "a-JAYS Five FOR ANDROID by JAYS" earbuds. They work fine with my phone, but when I plug them into my PC, there is a buzzing sound in addition to the audio.
I would like to know how to get rid of it.
I should mention that the seller guaranteed that these earbuds were PC compatible.

The crackling sounds are coming from your PC, you must have a power supply issue, at least the crackling you're hearing is coming from static electricity at your jack socket.
