    Hello

You want to remove the registry keys, you uninstalled it and what exactly did you do?
Start with CCleaner in the registry
And to finish, use this Wise Registry Cleaner

But should I uninstall this Avira or not!
Otherwise, boot in safe mode by pressing F8 at startup (tap it)
        It should work.

    Hello

You didn't answer Paslau's question >> Did you uninstall Avira?

To remove Avira keys via regedit, search for it and run it as administrator, click on edit >> find >> type Avira >>
find next and delete ONLY the Avira keys. Click on edit again, then find next, and do this until the registry finds nothing more.

I strongly advise you to back up the registry first.

Now, I'm generally against tinkering with the registry, but everyone has their own opinion

Finally, in CCleaner, check in Windows cache of the notification area >> a window will open >> OK >> perform the cleaning and close CCleaner. Open the task manager and click on explorer.exe to stop the process. Your desktop will disappear. Still in the task manager, click on file and then new. Type explorer. The desktop will reappear. Close the manager and check that the notification area is clean.

These are just suggestions, but once again, be careful about what you delete in the registry. ... Bye
