Hello,
As the head of an IT department, I would like to set up this year, in preparation for the budget, a form to be filled out by each department regarding their IT needs for the upcoming season (equipment, software, development, training...).
I'm looking for a Word or Excel file, ideally a nice template that is ready-made or can be slightly adapted.
Usually, I manage the budget myself without asking for the departments' needs, but this year I would like to include them, to avoid unexpected expenses or minimize them.
Do you know of any accessible ones online?
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 41.0.2272.89

No, I don't know any; and it would be surprising that someone who has taken the time to invest in such work would instinctively put it online for everyone to access!
I note that, given your profession, you are better placed than anyone to conceive such a sheet.
That said, you will always find people here who will accept to give comments or propose improvements to your form once you have submitted it to us ...
