Error message: "Supply issue"

Hello,

I have an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M181fw printer and I've changed my PC.

I reinstalled it: everything was fine, I printed a test page... but I was asked if I wanted to perform an update: mistakenly I said yes...

Result: my printer is equipped with compatible cartridges, so it’s impossible to print now. Error message: "Supply problem"
I tried everything: uninstalling and using the original CD but nothing works.
Does anyone have a trick?? I don’t want to spend 80€ each on 4 HP cartridges.

    Hello
    unfortunately the update has to load a cartridge controller
    you must use HP cartridges
