Hello everyone,

Since last night I have been stuck and unable to print.

After doing quite a bit of research and also quite a few manipulations to remove the stuck document "Error executing command".

I can't remove it and use the printer, it's really frustrating.

The manipulations already carried out:

- turned the PC off and on
- exe: net stop spooler and net start spooler
- exe: cmd

My setup is Windows 8.1 and the printer is HP Deskjet 3055 A

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 41.0.2272.89

    Hello again,

    it's back on track, I managed to print again.

    By going to Devices and Printers and right-clicking on the printer and troubleshooting, it’s fixed now.

    A stroke of genius passed through my mind.
