Hello,
I have a Dell XPS 420 desktop, 3.16 Ghz, Windows 7
I already have 3 GB of DDR2 SDRAM installed. With my PC's RAM configuration (below), is it possible to install PC3 RAM sticks?? What do you recommend I do?? Thank you in advance for your answers.

no, it is not possible to install DDR3 on this PC
the Dell documentation states:
Memory: DDR2 800 MHz and 667 dual-channel
Memory connectors: Four
Memory capacities: 512 MB, 1 GB, and 2 GB
Minimum memory: 1 GB
Maximum memory: 8 GB
