Can you use PC3 RAM in a PC2 computer?

Hello,

I have a Dell XPS 420 desktop, 3.16 Ghz, Windows 7

I already have 3 GB of DDR2 SDRAM installed. With my PC's RAM configuration (below), is it possible to install PC3 RAM sticks?? What do you recommend I do?? Thank you in advance for your answers.

    No, you won't be able to, DDR2 is incompatible with DDR3...
