Hello,

my Logicom S732 tablet is stuck on the Logicom logo despite having drained the battery and recharging it for 12 hours, and even after pressing the reset button for 15 seconds, nothing works.

Can you please help me?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 40.0.2214.115

    Hello,

    Perform a wipe data / factory reset.

    The command is executed by pressing Power and Volume down simultaneously until the Android figure appears. Then, use Volume down to navigate to Wipe data factory reset and confirm with Power.

    However, you will end up with your tablet as it was when you bought it.

    You will need to reinstall your apps and redo your settings.
