Hello,
I just changed my laptop and on the new one I have Windows 8.1 and a GTX670MX with a 15" screen (16/10). I would like to modify the resolution through the NVIDIA panel (version 347.52) but I no longer have the "display" tab!
When I go through Windows>display>screen resolution I have very few choices and with all the resolutions I have black borders on the sides, as if they are not suitable.
I would like to know how to change the resolution with the NVIDIA control panel and retrieve the "display" tab. (I have already reinstalled the drivers, just in case, and they are compatible with my graphics card according to the NVIDIA site)
Thank you in advance.

The suitable resolution should be 1366*768 or 1360*768.
However, in advanced settings (from the Windows control panel), I access the HD Intel Graphics 4000 settings, I've done the update and now 1366*768 works, apparently no more issues with bars on the sides.
But will my graphics card be properly detected and used for applications or games, or am I at risk of issues with the other one?

If it's up to date, that's fine.
