Hello, I get this message when I start the computer:
Alert! CPU fan failure.
Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility
Press F5 to run onboard diagnostics
Can someone help me?

Did you plug your fan back in?

I don't think the fan just got unplugged like that; it happened when a guy was using it. I can't say if he's responsible because I wasn't there all week.

It's a Dell, your computer.
Because I had the same issue with my fan, I unplugged it and it still showed that even when I plugged it back in.
Unplug and replug your CPU fan.
