Petit question sur Utorrent

Hello,

Can you tell me what it means when a torrent is in 'source' status? When I right-click and select 'start', the torrent shows status [F]sharing.

    Hello,
    this means that the download is complete, it is then being shared with other people who are downloading this torrent.

    Hello,

    When you download a torrent on your machine, other computers serve as "sources" for you to obtain your file; if there are no sources, then you'll never get your file!

    Once the download is complete, you become a source for others who want to obtain that file, so you serve as the uploader.

      I had an issue when changing the hard drive. I thought I had lost some torrents.

        No, it has nothing to do with it.
        However, if you've had a hard drive issue, do check your data anyway!
