IF Cell Not Empty

Hello,

If AP2 without formula: in AQ2---> =IF(ISBLANK(A2);"";"Cancelled")

or more logically

=IF(NOT(ISBLANK(AP2));"Cancelled";"")

Here is my formula: =IF(ISBLANK(AO2);IF(ISBLANK(AN2);IF(ISBLANK(AM2);"";IF(AM2<TODAY();"Late";"Ordered"));IF(AN2<TODAY();"Late";"Revised Date")); "Delivered")
I would like to add to this formula that if (AP2) is not blank (it is a date that should appear in (AP2), then "Cancelled" should display in (AO2).

If I add IF(NOT(ISBLANK(AP2));"Cancelled";"") I get a #VALUE error...

the insertion of this IF(NOT(ISBLANK(AP2));"Cancelled";"") cannot go for the same cell
