Hello,
I installed the premium version of this antivirus, which is the only one that removed the virus "ads by Winservice86" (30-day free version). However, I received an ID code and a key to activate this software: it validates the ID and rejects the key, with a message: "validation impossible", please note the correct key. I have tried several times, even removing the hyphens, but nothing works.
If someone can help me, thank you.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

It seems that this issue results from a hacking of their site recently.
You should go to this page < https://helpdesk.malwarebytes.org/hc/en-us/articles/201861536-How-do-I-activate-Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware- > and expose your difficulty using one of the 2 buttons at the bottom of the page:
- contact us <--- first
- submit a request
Your email will be requested.
I received an email in response with the appropriate procedure, which included resetting the password afterwards.
This is an English website.
Notes:
MBAM is not an antivirus. It has other functions.
You do not remove a virus with CCleaner or Adware!

I solved the little problem: the activation key has 14 letters and at the end 2 digits. In the middle of the letters, there is an O, which is actually a zero: I had noticed it and corrected it. However, when I corrected it by going back to the O and placing the zero, nothing worked; it didn't want to accept it.
I had to erase the entire code, and it validated.
Indeed, MBAB has other functions, but it also removes viruses, and given the cost, I chose it. I also notice that there are antivirus programs that have not succeeded in removing "Winservice86" (it is also often chosen by users who have a free operating system).

I'm glad that this issue has been resolved.
This setback could have been avoided if you had done a copy/paste of the activation key. ;) (note that some sites sometimes refuse these copies/pastes for security reasons; hence it may be necessary to type the key manually - we say "by hand" - as opposed to by robots)
It is not always easy to distinguish a difference between "0 = zero" and "O = letter" ==> note that the letter is rounder than the number (flattened on 2 sides).

Read carefully the chapter "Description".
MBAM is complementary to antivirus programs but cannot replace them.
Buying this valuable tool for a genuinely low expense allows this anti-malware company to grow and survive. Thank you.
The "Helpers" -with a capital H-; and even more so the "Security Contributors" are trained in distinguishing/defining threats to computer integrity in order to choose specific tools as early as possible (to counteract the propagation of "Malwares" over time).
We are also in close contact with the developers of Malwarebytes.org; particularly with the creator of RogueKiller which often works in conjunction with MBAM.
CCleaner has other functions.
The same goes for AdwCleaner for example.
If you decide to perform an online scan, remember to consider
Kaspersky < https://www.kaspersky.be/downloads >,
ESET Nod32 < https://www.eset.com/fr/home/products/online-scanner/ >,
BitDefender < https://www.bitdefender.fr/toolbox/ >.
Caution: Often, in the case of online scans, it will be necessary to seek advice to decide on the actions to follow.

But before installing Premium, it was the free version that helped me remove my virus.
Then, I chose a paid version, which is not expensive, but there is nothing fake about my transaction. In fact, I left the installed software to go to the paid option.
It is impossible to remove this virus (like many internet users) with CC Cleaner, Kaspersky, Adware, and others. After looking at several forums, I chose Malwarebytes.
