Tout d'avord meilleurs voeux 2015.
Voici mon problème, j'assaie de vous l'expliquer mais il manque peut être des informations :
Je suis connectée à internet.
Je peux ouvrir ma boite outlook et certaines autres adresse.
Meis il m'est impossible de me connecté à certaines adresses comme ma banque. Que se soit sous Google Chrome ou Internet Explorer.
Je ne sais pas si ça a rapport mais Avast, mon antivirus m'indique qu'il serait nécessaire de nétoyer des modules complémentaires. Je clique sur "supprimer les modules complémentaries (Bazaar Friends, Boston MarjetOne et Fast Discountz) mais c'est impossible.
Que faire?

Cela va générer trois rapports FRST :
* FRST.txt
* Shortcut.txt
* Additionnal.txt
Envoie comme expliqué, ces trois rapports sur le site pjjoint et donne les trois liens pjjoint de ces rapports afin qu'ils puissent être consultés.

Voici la correction à effectuer avec FRST.

Ouvre le bloc-notes : Touche Windows + R, dans le champs executer, tape notepad et OK.
Copie/colle dedans ce qui suit :

Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.
Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.
Relance FRST et clic sur le bouton Fix
Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.
Redémarre l'ordinateur
Désactive l'analyse HTTPS sur Avast! et vois si ça arrange les probs de surf.

le premier, sous vista concerne la panne vue précédemment (nommé PC1)
le second sous windows 7 que j'appellerai PC2
sur PC1 dans avat!la ligne n'apparait pas?
sur PC2, une ligne apparait nommée "autorisé l'analyse TTPs", est-ce la meme chose qu'indiqué dans le tutoriel que vous m'avez envoyé?
sur PC1, pour info, je n'ai plus du tout accès à Internet
