My PS3 no longer recognizes any controllers.

Hello everyone (and happy new year)

Since this morning my PS3 is stuck on the page "Connect the controller using a USB cable, then press the PS button."
I've tried connecting my controller but it doesn't work (the LEDs don't even light up). I've also tried with a wired Bigben controller (backup controller) but that doesn't work either.
I just tried with another controller (also a generic brand), the LEDs blink but it doesn't connect. I don't understand, it was working perfectly fine just yesterday ><
Does anyone know what I should do please? I haven't been able to enjoy my Christmas gifts yet...

    Hi

    Reset it at the same time as it's plugged in.
    You push a small object (like a needle) into the small hole on the back.

      Hello,

      Having a different controller from the standard one (it's a Football Club 2011 controller by EA, so not an old sub-brand), I don't have the small hole used to reset the controller. Is there another way to do it?
