Hello,
I was a Bouygues customer, and the problem is that from the beginning they didn't understand my request. I had another person who kindly tried to unlock the SIM card, but that's not at all what I asked for. I may have expressed myself poorly because I don't know the exact word, and in the end, I was charged 7 euros and 50 cents. I just wanted to unlock the PUK code of my phone to use my Orange SIM card. You just need to call them to ask to unlock your phone and to refund the charges they billed you.
However, they will be closed today...
