Some buttons on my controller no longer work!

Hello,
I was playing BO2 when suddenly the Square, Triangle, Cross, and Circle buttons stopped working. The other buttons are working fine! This is annoying, and I want to play! Help, please, I don't want to buy another controller for 80 euros!

      I'm sorry, but none of your advice has been helpful:
      I've already tried the "Reset" button, but nothing has changed,
      The first tip is not practical since it is in the PS menu, and you need the X, O, Square, and Triangle buttons to confirm...
      Also, I have a battery issue with the controller: I have to keep it plugged in all the time for the controller to work..
