Hello everyone,
For some time now, on several sites that I had access to before, I can’t go on these sites because it says I'm not logged in. Of course, I am. This includes the site "wildtangent", which is an online gaming site from HP that I pay for every month. But also Google Earth, etc.
The support for the gaming site keeps deflecting by saying it's the Windows firewall. I have opened everything for this site and still nothing. Is it a Windows firewall update? Or my antivirus (Kaspersky)?
A friend cleaned the computer of some malware but still nothing...
Can you provide me with some information? I would like to continue enjoying the games that I'm paying for in vain... ;)
Thank you in advance!

Good evening
Download AdwCleaner (by Xplode) to your desktop.
If this link is unreachable, use this one: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/dl/125/
Launch it, click on [Scan] and wait for the scan to complete.
Once the scan is finished, click on the [Clean] button
Wait during the cleaning process. Read the message that appears, then click on Ok. The PC will restart automatically and the report will open at the end of the restart.
Post the report
Note: The report is also saved under C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt
See you

'tin, but you are my serious hero!! O_o
I tried WildTangent and Google Earth and it works perfectly!
I restarted, as requested. (If you asked me that a 4th time, I would have filed a complaint! ;)
I would like to know what was causing the bug: a malware? Was it the removal of the Topaz photo software that fixed it?
If it’s not too long to explain for you, and not too much to ask: I’d like to know how to fix it if it comes back.
Ps: I posted something else elsewhere, do you think you could take a look? I think it will make you laugh compared to this one. It must be a super simple trick, but I don’t know it...

Re
We clean and finalize
1) You keep Malwarebytes and conduct a weekly scan after updating.
2)Download DelFix by Xplode
Run it.
You have 5 choices:
Reactivate UAC
Remove disinfection tools (checked by default)
Make a backup of the registry
Clear system restore
Factory reset
Check those that are in bold above
and execute
The report is usually found here
C:\DelFix.txt

Well, no explanation, but your link (although dating from 2006, I assume it is still relevant) is quite clear and I understand the why and how...
Thank you again for the time spent with me!-

this one:

My mistake, it wasn't the summary of the behaviors to adopt that was outdated, but just that link. Since I recently acquired two cracked photo software, I was very interested!
