Hello everyone
I had installed McAfee on an old smartphone that I want to sell. However, it turns out that it's locked and I'm being asked for the PIN code.
Having forgotten it, I went to the website to create another one successfully!
But the catch is that when I try to enter it on my phone, it refuses to accept it, making it impossible to unlock. Why is that, since the 6-digit PIN code is correct?
It's a SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 MINI.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 25.0

    if you're going to sell it, you do a hard reset.....and that will restore it to factory settings...

      Umm, thanks for replying, but what is a hard reset? And how do we do that?

      Heuuuuuuuuuuu, what's a hard reset? Just type "hard reset s3 mini" in your search engine and you'll find out why!!!

      And actually, I would like to find an app, a great calendar with alarm that I can't seem to find on the PLAYSTORE, I really loved that calendar and I don't remember what it looks like, it's a shame.
      So if I reset it to "factory settings" I won't see the icons anymore!
      In fact, since it was a free account and the subscription has expired, I was wondering if I should delete this account and create another one, what do you think?

      Did you try the shortcut I sent you for forgetting your password on the McAfee site?

      Then you talk about a great agenda... if you downloaded it from the Play Store, you will find it again on the Play Store by going to My Apps, and this obviously with the same Gmail account...

      I'm sorry, I think you didn't quite understand my question. On my old smartphone, I installed MCAFEE and it is locked. I need to enter the 6-digit PIN code, but even though I enter the correct PIN code, it refuses to unlock ??????? I don't understand anything!
      You say that I can find my calendar in "my apps" on the PLAYSTORE? EVEN ON MY NEW SMARTPHONE?
