You can also compare a file that works and one that doesn't using either mediainfo or vlc.

Good evening, the reader may not read "avi" formats, only Xvid, MPEG1/MPEG4, JPEG. At that point, choose a video converter compatible with your operating system and convert the avi into Xvid, for example! See the software here @+
