Hello,
I’m writing to report a problem that has been going on for several weeks now and is only getting worse: the issue of Internet pages being blocked because of SSL certificates. It started with Twitter, then it was DeviantArt, Tumblr, and now Hotmail has also been affected, and now several Opera sites are even blocked. In short, the more time passes, the worse it gets, and more and more sites become inaccessible.
It’s been a while since I’ve been looking for a solution to this problem. I tried to fix it with that Windows clock synchronization thing (even though there wasn’t a date/time issue), but nothing changed. Unfortunately, no matter where I go, I get the same response: you need to change the time.
So, I’m asking you, do you have another solution?
This happens on all my browsers: Opera, Google Chrome... if you could help me I’d be grateful.

For information, SSL is not a certificate but a protocol.
Check your firewall to see if port 443 is open.

You installed adware and parasites programs on your PC that open ads and slow down the computer and web browsers.
Here is the procedure to remove them:
Start with this:
Download https://www.malekal.com/adwcleaner-supprimer-virus-adwares-pup/?t=33839&start= AdwCleaner ( by Xplode ) on your desktop.
On the AdwCleaner page, on the right, click the gray disk with the green arrow to start the download.
Launch AdwCleaner, click [Scanner].
The scan can take several minutes, please wait.
Once the scan is finished, click [Clean]
After cleaning, a report will open. Copy/paste the contents of the report in your next reply by copy/paste.
If that doesn’t work, use the site http://pjjoint.malekal.com to host the report, give the link to the report in a new message.
Note: The report is also saved under C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt
