Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 32.0

I found a blog on the internet that presents nice CVs that I like in free Word format, I just want to know how to change the information with my personal information.

I am a beginner with Word, can you help me please?

To have a great CV, really original, I recommend MyCVDesign.com!
