Hello everyone,

I have been trying to fix this problem for 2 days using every method I found on the internet, but nothing works; my computer refuses to open the file explorer.
What I mean is that when I click on the shortcut intended for this purpose on the taskbar at the bottom left, the computer opens the folders but does not display them on my screen.

The folder is indeed yellow and is therefore active, but when I hover my mouse over it, a thumbnail of my folders appears, so I click on it and nothing happens; the thumbnail disappears and I still cannot access my folders.

This problem appeared when I tried to launch a game, my computer "bugged" my folders at that moment, so I decided to restart the computer to get it back in shape, but since then I have been unable to open the file explorer.

This computer is brand new, so you will understand that I am starting to despair after numerous failed attempts.

Thank you in advance for your help and for taking the time to read!
Help me!

Hello,

If your explorer starts but doesn't display on your desktop, it is possible that your window is in an area not visible on your desktop, such as a second screen that is connected but turned off.
